The Healing Play
Giselle is currently developing "The Healing Play," a full-length play that is a collection of monologues. It is based on her personal experiences with sexual abuse and assault (SA) and interviews she is conducting with diverse SA survivors. The piece explores the impact of SA and folks' unique healing paths to peace and freedom.
A 30-minute abridged version of the play-in-development was performed on October 12, 2025 at the Wisteria Theatre via the Demand to Be Heard Artist Residency through The Sunflower Project.

quote.
I want it to be cool for men to learn how to talk it out instead of punch it out, and for high school boys to say things like, “Girl, I can’t wait to respect your body.”
